Starting a new corporation in EVE Online is easy. Go into the corp tab and form a new corp. Done. That is where simplicity ends and overly complex micromanagement begins.

It is no secret to any CEO or director in the game: corporation management sucks. The UI is egregious and onerous. It is extremely easy to do something wrong and there is a chance that you could do it so wrong you can ruin your corporation and your wallet. Corporation roles are probably the most complicated thing to mess around with. There are a lot of different options and some of them cross over into others. I will go into how the corporation management over the next few weeks (as time allows for me to write these blogs). Hopefully, my experiences can help new CEOs and directors from making the common mistakes that ruin the gaming experience for you, the leadership and your members.
